Zach Freeman oversees finances and operations at Attendance Works. He works closely with the Attendance Works team on fiscal strategy, fiscal management, grants and contracts management, data management, fundraising, general administration and human resources. More broadly, Zach develops operations that support the implementation of Attendance Works’ strategic plan. Zach comes to Attendance Works with 11 years of experience working in homeless shelters, home care agencies and mental health treatment programs. He has led the design and implementation of a wide variety of client facing and administrative programs. Zach is a graduate of Haverford College, and received an MSW with a concentration in management and planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
